The following guidelines should be noted by all participants, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated by the staff of volunteers and nonprofit organizations behind the 2010 Meet.

For Exhibitors:

The Boston Trolley & Transit Meet welcomes modelers and layouts of many kinds to show off their work to fellow enthusiasts and the interested public. We welcome modelers and layouts focused primarily on traction/trolleys and transit (including rapid transit and buses). Models of all gauges are encouraged.

Set-up times are Friday evening, 6-10 PM and Saturday morning, 8-9 AM. All exhibitors must be set up prior to 9 AM Saturday. Exhibitors must also remain with their displays set-up through the 5 PM conclusion of the show.

For Dealers:

The Boston Trolley & Transit Meet welcomes dealers of many types, including those specializing in models, memorabilia, books, multimedia, and paper. Because of the nature of the show, however, we ask that your offerings be primarily trolley/traction and/or transit-related.

As in past years, show setup will occur on Friday evening and between 8 and 9 AM on Saturday morning. The Friday setup will also be open to the public. All dealers must be set up prior to 9 AM Saturday. Dealers must also remain with their tables set-up through the 5 PM conclusion of the show.

During show hours on Saturday, hourly door prizes will be drawn. We would appreciate a donation of a door prize - we'll credit the prize as a donation from your firm when it is presented to the winner.

All dealers selling merchandise MUST have a valid Massachusetts Sales Tax Certificate and collect appropriate sales tax.

Legal Notice:

The presenting organizations, the Americal Civic Center, the Town of Wakefield, or any of their members, employees or volunteers shall not be responsible or liable in any way for damage, injury, or loss to person, property or otherwise in connection with any of the events of the Meet. The presenting organizations shall not be responsible for tickets that are damaged, lost, or stolen, and shall not replace same. Every effort will be made to adhere to published schedules but we reserve the right to change or cancel events without advance notice.
