Board of Directors & Officers

The Boston Street Railway Association holds a yearly election for our Board of Directors. All regular members in good standing are eligible to vote, run for, and hold office. All Director and Officer positions are strictly volunteer and are essential to the everyday operation and success of our organization. Elected Board of Directors:

President — Bradley H. Clarke
Clarke is the author of BSRA Bulletin No. 22, Streetcar Lines of the Hub: The 1940s, and co-author of Bulletin No. 23, Tremont Street Subway: A Century of Public Service with O.R. Cummings. Clarke also authored 7 previous BSRA Bulletins.

Vice President & Clerk of Corporation — Thomas Athearn

Secretary — Thaddeus S. Anderson

Treasurer — Charles Bahne, Jr.

Publications Director — Michael R. Prescott
Prescott is the author of the BSRA's 24th Bulletin, Boston Transit Equipment: 1979-2009.

RollSign Director & Editor — Nick Tomkavage

Director of Car Restoration — David F. Harling
Harling was also one of the Founding Members of the BSRA in 1959. His experiences in the formation of the Association can be read here.
